This product is mainly used for the synthesis of halogenated hydantoin and hydroxymethyl hydantoin. It can also be used to synthesize hydantoin-type epoxy resin and hydantoin-type formaldehyde resin. Heat hydrolyzed to produce dimethylglycine; reacted with metal-organic compounds to produce brakes, acaricides and so on.
